Our corporate offices provide a homey and relaxed feel. We take care of our employees and give them a sense that being at JWalsh.Net doesn't have to be any different that being at home.
We recognize how important it is to employees that they and their families are well taken care of. It gives them peace of mind and makes better employees. We believe that employees are our corporate family, and we want to keep that relationship strong. In consideration of their welfare, we are committed to helping them balance their personal and job responsibilities.
Our beliefs have led to a broad work/life program that extends to each stage of life, regardless of whether an individual is single, married, raising children, close to retirement or facing elder care of a relative.
The overall management and organization structure of JWalsh.Net is shown in Figure 1. We continue to keep this structure flat to minimize cost and maximize operational efficiency.
