Anchorage to Moscow - Google Maps

From other notes on the change and experimentation:

1. This would have required the addition of a "swim" action that could be applied to areas labeled as water
2. Origin and destination both require route information (which can be seen at the 200m zoom level); for example, Moscow to New Delhi cannot be resolved.
3. The roads, if available, need to support traffic; for example, Cape Town, South Africa to Middleton, South Africa cannot be resolved and neither can the longer routes of Cape Town to Casablanca.
4. Swim routes don't appear to exist through the Pacific to Australia (Seattle and Perth) or Hawaii (Seattle and Honolulu)
